3/2-way Bistable Valves
MF-AirDrive™ B | MF-HyDrive™ B | MF-VacDrive™ B
DESCRIPTION
The 3/2-way spool valves and solenoid valves in the Bistable (B) Series are designed for applications requiring maximum energy efficiency and operational safety. Thanks to the bistable pilot system, the valve requires only a single electrical pulse to switch and maintain the spool position, eliminating continuous energy consumption and preventing accidental state changes in the event of a power failure.
AVAILABLE VERSIONS
- MF-AirDriveTM B– optimized for compressed air management
- MF-HyDriveTM B– designed for combined vacuum and compressed air applications (assisted vacuum)
- MF-VacDriveTM B– Developed specifically for direct vacuum management
APPLICATIONS
Ideal for energy-efficient systems, security systems, industrial automation with latching logic (state retention), battery-powered machines, or installations where it is necessary to prevent the heat generated by coils that are constantly powered.
Description
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND BENEFITS
- Absolute energy efficiency: The low-power driver consumes energy only during switching, eliminating coil overheating.
- Position memory: Maximum system safety; the valve retains its status even in the event of a total power outage.
- Shutter technology: Balanced conical shutter system with a contoured PU diaphragm, designed for high flow rates and exceptional durability.
- Ready to use: Comes complete with a low-power bistable coil and its dedicated connector.
FEATURES
- Fluid: Filtered air (lubricated or non-lubricated) or vacuum, depending on the version selected.
- Operating pressure: MF-AirDriveTM B: Max 10 bar – HyDriveTM: 6–10 bar – MF-VacDriveTM B: 3–10 bar
- Ambient temperature: -20°C to +50°C
- Fluid temperature: +50°C max.
